• All heads are non-refundable.
• If the final manuscript in IEEE format exceeds 6 pages, Rs. 1180 (Indian Author) or USD 35.4 (Foreign Author) will be charged for each extra page up to two additional pages only. The paper with more than 8 pages will not be considered for publication.
• An additional amount of 18% is added for GST in the final amount of registration fee including any extra page charge.
• If an author is registered as the paper presenter in the conference, he/she can present another paper at a reduced fee @50% of the original registration fee, i.e. the total registration fee will be 1.5x of the cost of registration of 1 paper. This discount is applicable only for two additional papers to be presented by the same author. Basically a candidate is charged according to (1+0.5n)X where n is the number of additional papers registered by him/her and X is the respective category registration fee, given that n can not be more than two.
• The registration fee will include Registration kit, Access to keynote and technical sessions, Networking tea, Working lunch, and Conference banquet dinner.
• The registration fee does not include accommodation; however, the candidates can be allowed to stay in Visitor Hostels and Hostels on payment basis.
• In case of students and IEEE/IAPR member, valid proof is needed during the registration.
